MY ADVICE TO TEST BEAUTIFUL RESTAURANTS
Can't figure out where to go for lunch or dinner? That's normal! In Paris, the capital of world culinary excellence, there are countless restaurants and we no longer really know which one to choose to enjoy. Either we always have our regular addresses where we know that the price-quality ratio is great or we try to test some establishments blindly at the risk of being disappointed.
Don't worry, I found myself in the same situations as you, not knowing what to choose: which cuisine, which chef, which place...
As you know, I love discovering new places, so my solution is to avoid going to three or four "reasonable" restaurants in the month and enjoy the pleasure of going once to the best of the best Parisian restaurants. What could be better than Michelin stars restaurants?
Between the 1, 2 and 3 Michelin stars, you can choose between 112 establishments in our city of light.
Among all these institutions or new trendy restaurants, one of the most famous is the Pré Catelan.

MORE THAN A RESTAURANT, AN EXPERIENCE
In the heart of the Bois de Boulogne and 5 minutes from the Champs-Elysées, it is in a magnificent Napoleon III pavilion that Frederic Anton, exemplary chef and “Meilleur Ouvrier de France”, has been running the kitchens since 1997. The image and reputation of this establishment is thanks to the delicious, modern and fragrant dishes it has produced over the years.
Like an artist, Frédéric Anton creates his compositions to give to the client an explosion of flavours in mouth which combines both, subtle and explosive.
The dishes I had the chance to taste were wonderful, it was not just a dinner, but an experience. For me, it's the best restaurant I've ever been to. The teams are of unequalled quality of service, the dishes are memorable and the setting elegant.
If you were still hesitating, go ahead, it's one of my hottest recommendations.
