ELYSIA, THE 5-STAR JEWEL OF INWOOD HOTELS

A few steps away from the most beautiful avenue in the world, in the heart of the 8th district of Paris, the hotel Le Champs-Élysées Plaza has completely reinvented itself and became the Hotel Elysia. After 9 months of work, restoration and re-creation, the 5-star hotel of Inwood Hotels is showing itself in a new perspective with a totally redesigned concept.

Oscar Lucien Ono of Maison Numéro 20, the architect in charge of this transformation, offers a totally new look to the 5-star Parisian hotel. The use of noble materials and the collaboration with renowned artists breathe a new contemporary and design air to the historic building. To renovate the Elysia Hotel, Oscar Lucien Ono has collaborated with the painter, sculptor and designer, François Mascarello. Together, they play with Parisian codes, modernise them and present Elysia, an exceptional hotel, a showcase of romance and charm.

The entire hotel has been metamorphosed, from the reception to the restaurant & bar, from the rooms to the suites. The sublime Haussmann-style building now provides a sophisticated cocoon, celebrating the successful marriage of styles and eras, where the charm and the Romantic Art de Vivre promise an exceptional stay.

THE ROMANTIC STROLL

The Romantic Art de Vivre is the keystone of the historic Parisian building. Once through the door, the hotel Elysia invites you to take a real bucolic walk.  The tribute to Gustav Klimt's famous work, The Kiss, sets the tone right from the entrance with a splendid plaster sculpture dominating the reception area. Created by François Mascarello, the admirable work in a dazzling white, gives way to a certain wandering.

The restaurant and bar Le Bayadère is inspired by Henri Matisse's La Danse. The voluptuous shapes, the mixture of wood and brass and the soft lights offer a perfect harmony. Immersed in a typically Parisian atmosphere with a touch of modernity, Le Bayadère is the ideal place to enjoy creative French cuisine.  At the bar, the range of original cocktails, to be enjoyed in a cosy and intimate atmosphere, extends the Romance.

The stroll continues in the rooms and suites designed as real Parisian flats. Here, gold and warm colours dominate, highlighting the mouldings and woodwork of this typically Haussmann-style interior. Powdered in calm and warm shades of pale pink, green or grey, the rooms offer unrivalled comfort. You will be able to admire unique paintings on canvas at the headboard, representing the most romantic places in Paris such as gardens, bridges and the famous roofs of the capital. The judicious choice of materials, the large golden mirrors, the beautiful volumes and the marble fireplaces will give you a delightful atmosphere.

In the bathroom, the enchantment operates: the light beige to hazelnut colours as well as the combination of marble and natural stone from Travertine contribute to the character of the room. The Jacuzzi baths will not leave travellers looking for well-being indifferent.

The Elysia hotel is a Parisian bubble, a tribute to French know-how, mixing noble and raw materials: wood, stone, silk and brass. A successful combination of timeless elegance and attention to detail, which will make your stay a luxurious, peaceful and privileged stopover.
